Στον ιστορικό δρόμο της «Συμφωνίας των Χριστιανικών Κρατών του Αίμου» του 1913, της νικηφόρας συμμαχίας που οδήγησε στην πλήρη απελευθέρωση Ελλάδας, Σερβίας, Βουλγαρίας, Μαυροβουνίου από τον Οθωμανικό ζυγό, οδηγούνται οι εξελίξεις στα Βαλκάνια.
Με πρωτοβουλία του Προέδρου του Πατριωτικού Μετώπου κ. Σταύρου Βιτάλη, και σε πλήρη και συνεχή συνεργασία με την Ευρασιατική Λαϊκή Ένωση, και την Πρόεδρό της Δρ. Τατιάνα Πολοσκόβα, σημαντικότατες αποφάσεις διαμορφώθηκαν τις ημέρες που πέρασαν στη Βουλγαρία.
Συγκεκριμένα και κατ' αρχήν, μεταξύ του Προέδρου του ΠΑΜ και των Προέδρων των πολιτικών φορέων της Βουλγαρίας, «Ενωμένη Βουλγαρία» κ. Δημήτερ Ζντράτκοφ και «Κόμμα Ελευθερίας», του τ. Βουλευτή του Βουλγαρικού Κοινοβουλίου κ. Πάβελ Τσέρνεφ, συνομολογήθηκαν και συμφωνήθηκαν:
1. Η συναντίληψη πως η Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση των Μπάνκστερς, και οι εγκληματικές επιλογές του ΝΑΤΟ, μόνο δεινά επέφεραν στους Λαούς των Βαλκανίων.
2. Η δρομολόγηση της σύνδεσης των Λαών των Βαλκανίων, στον δρόμο που χάραξε η ιστορική «Συμφωνία των Χριστιανικών Λαών των Βαλκανίων», του 1913.
3. Η καθετοποίηση των οικονομιών των χωρών των Βαλκανίων, στο πλαίσιο της υπό ολοκλήρωση Ευρασιατικής Ένωσης, οράματος του Προέδρου της Ρωσικής Ομοσπονδίας, κ. Βλαδίμηρου Πούτιν.
Επίσης συμφωνήθηκε, μετά την ολοκλήρωση των κατ' αρχήν συνομιλιών με αντίστοιχους πολιτικούς φορείς της Σερβίας και του Μαυροβουνίου:
1. Να προχωρήσουν οι πολιτικοί φορείς των χωρών των Βαλκανίων, σε ΥΠΟΓΡΑΦΗ ΠΡΩΤΟΚΟΛΛΟΥ ΣΥΝΕΡΓΑΣΙΑΣ των Βαλκανικών Λαών.
2. Να κατέλθουν οι πολιτικοί φορείς στις εθνικές εκλογές των χωρών, Ελλάδα, Κύπρος, Βουλγαρία, Σερβία, Μαυροβούνιο, πάντα στη βάση του Πρωτοκόλλου Συνεργασίας.
3. Να αποφευχθούν αλλά και να αντιμετωπιστούν άμεσα και αποτελεσματικά οι υπερθνικιστικές και σοβινιστικές κορώνες, όπως ο πανσλαβισμός, ο «εκ βορρά κίνδυνος» κλπ κατάλοιπα του Β΄ Βαλκανικού Πολέμου και της Ψυχροπολεμικής Περιόδου, στη βάση της αρχής: «Τιμούμε τους αγώνες των Λαών μας, μαθαίνουμε από τα λάθη τους».
Η ιστορική αναγκαιότητα που καθοδηγεί πια τις εξελίξεις στα Βαλκάνια, αποδεικνύει πως: Οι Βαλκανικοί Λαοί, αποφάσισαν.

The Balkan Peoples decided.
The recent developments in the Balkans, are driving to the historic road of the "Agreement of the Balkan Christian States" of 1913, the victorious alliance that led to the full liberation of Greece, Serbia, Bulgaria and Montenegro, from the Ottoman slavery.
The recent developments in the Balkans, are driving to the historic road of the "Agreement of the Balkan Christian States" of 1913, the victorious alliance that led to the full liberation of Greece, Serbia, Bulgaria and Montenegro, from the Ottoman slavery.
Within the initiative frame, taken by the President of the Patriotic Front of Greece Mr. Stavros Vitalis, and the full and continuous cooperation with the Eurasian People's Union, and its President Dr. Tatiana Poloskova, major decisions were reached in the days passed, in Bulgaria.
Specifically, and in principle, the following agreements, between the President of PAM and the Presidents of the Political bodies of Bulgaria, "United Bulgaria", Mr. Dimiter Zdratkof and "Freedom Party", the former Member of the Bulgarian Parliament, Mr Pavel Tsernev, were concluded:
1. The understanding that, the European Union of banksters, and the NATO criminal choices, brought only sufferings to the peoples of the Balkans.
2. An Association of Peoples of the Balkans, along the path of the historic "Agreement of Christian Peoples of the Balkans", in 1913, to be launched.
3. To integrate vertically the economies of the Balkans countries, in the context of the Eurasian Union, the vision of the President of the Russian Federation, Mr. Vladimir Putin.
It was also agreed, right after the completion of talks, with relevant political movements and political parties in Serbia and Montenegro:
1. A PROTOCOL OF COOPERATION OF THE PEOPLES OF THE BALKAN STATES to be signed, between the political bodies, who share, the above mentioned political principles.
2. All Political Bodies, who share the above mentioned political principles, to engage directly as candidates, in the upcoming national elections of the following countries: Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Serbia and Montenegro.
3. To prevent and to deal promptly and effectively super-nationalistic and chauvinist crowns like panslavism, the "dangerous that comes from north" etc western propaganda generated from the 2nd Balkan War and the Cold War period. Our main principle, as Peoples of the Balkans, Historical and Natural Allies and Neighbors is: "We honor the struggles of our peoples, learn from their mistakes."
All recent evolutions prove that, the historical necessity drives from now on, the developments in the Balkans.
